Collection and use of your personal information
We record the personal information that you provide to us voluntarily, for example when you fill in an on-line form or contact us via email.
Generally, we will not disclose your personal information – other than to parties who have contracted with us to provide administrative services or activities on our behalf. In these cases, we require these parties to protect the privacy of your personal information as we do.
We collect only personal information where the collection of it is lawful and necessary or related to LGEMA functions. Where we collect information, we will not do so in a manner which is unfair or unreasonably intrusive. We record your email address as sent to us in a message. Without your consent it will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it or added to any external mailing lists.
Collection of information on website activity

We may deny your request for access to personal information in some circumstances but if we do this, then we will tell you why. We may charge a fee for supplying the personal information.

You can contact us at any time to update your personal information or tell us that the information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete. Wherever it is lawful, practicable and reasonable to do so, we will offer you the opportunity to deal with us anonymously.

If personal information concerns particular topics, it is regarded as “sensitive information”, for example, information about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs or health. We collect, use or disclose “sensitive information” about you only where it is lawful, for example, when we have received your consent.
